Linden Gateway District

Since the Summer of 2009, a Steering Committee appointed by the Covington City Commission has been working with NKAPC staff to explore and implement the Land Use recommendations contained within The Linden Gateway Small Area Study. The result of this effort is a new zoning district called the LGD, Linden Gateway District. Prior to moving these regulations through the adoption process, the City and NKAPC staff would like to hear from you.

A public hearing on the text amendment and map amendment is scheduled for Thursday, August 5, 2010, at 6:15 p.m. at the NKAPC offices at 2332 Royal Drive in Ft. Mitchell. This hearing is scheduled to allow interested persons to speak or present information on the proposed Linden Gateway District.
