Permit Process Back at City Hall

Effective July 1, 2010, the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Commission (NKAPC) will no longer be issuing permits. The following permits will be issued by the City of Covington and will be available at City Hall, Room 206, 638 Madison Avenue, Covington, Kentucky:

                            Zoning Permits
                            Building Permits*
                            Electrical Permits
                            Board of Adjustment Applications

Permits issued prior to July 1 will be administered and inspected by NKAPC.

* Some commercial building permits may be administered by NKAPC. Unsure what type of permit is required, call 859-292-2323.
