Housing Department

The Housing Development Department's goal is to continue the revitalization of Covington's neighborhoods which are the building blocks for our City.  It is our belief that the City of Covington's neighborhoods should be attractive, diverse and safe places for working, shopping and enjoying life.  The Housing Development Department achieves this goal by helping individuals and families purchase homes, rehabilitate existing homes, build new homes, remove dilapidated/vacant buildings and secure affordable housing with funds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
